This all-wooden dollhouse is designed to separate into three parts : first floor and second floor which each have a separate hinged opening front wall, and closed attic.
Exterior walls are painted in original pale green and salmon colors. The four windows and the two doors have painted motives on top. The front is enhanced by a wide roof pediment with lively painted swans, and a charming wooden balcony with columns (possibly partially restored). All original doors knobs.
The interior first floor features three rooms with two hinged connecting doors. Each room has its original lithographed wallpaper and floors. The kitchen has original built-in cupboard and shelving, and original faux-stove with lithographed oven and faux-brick front. The central hall is furnished with a pedestal mirror. The bedroom has Schneegas furnishings.
The second floor has one grand-sized room with its factory-original floor and wall papers, and painted medallion on ceiling. It is furnished with original wall mirror and rare original 6-branches chandelier, a Schneegas dinning room with buffet and a Schneegas Davenport style desk.
This dollhouse is perfect for 5 1/8"(13 cm) to 5 7/8"(15 cm) dolls or mignonettes. It is 21 1/4"(54 cm) high, 20 1/2"(52 cm) wide and 14 1/8"(36 cm) deep including balcony.
On the base, the house is signed "CH (intertwined) Schutzmarke" and has a penciled number 138/3. On the back, a rest of the store label
